Beautiful and Healthy Calves

Calves do not always have strong strokes decorated with the veins on the surface of the skin. With the proper training, calf muscles are not only able to make your calves look more beautiful and contains but also avoid a sprained ankle. Here are tips to look beautiful and healthy calves:
  1. If you use high heels all day, will cause the calf muscles drawn up and your calves will grow. So snacks using regular shoes or slippers when you're sitting behind a desk, so that your calf muscles a chance to rest.
  2. If your job requires to get up, you should use a tight stockings which are held (usually called supportive stockings)
  3. If you wish, do treatments such as massage, even acupuncture to relax the calf muscles are tight and tense.
  4. When you are tired after the gym or running, then raise your legs, with feet up on pillows or wall pedestal.
  5. And you can also do aerobic exercises to strengthen leg muscles-oto. And raise the foot massage after exercise.
